Items being returned for an exchange must be in pristine condition.

In order to process your return as quick as possible without any complications, please follow the steps below correctly:

1. Fill out the returns form - if you do not have a return form to hand, please email us at info@lavairbrand.com so we can provide you with one.
2. Package the product back into the original box it came in - If this is not to hand, any box will do.   
3. Using the address from our returns note / website, please post it back to us.
